In the early 1980s the Utah Association of Student Loan Administrators (UASLA) was created by a small group of colleges and universities in Utah as a resource to help one another serve their student body and understand Federal Perkins Student Loan regulations.
Today it has grown to include several colleges and universities and higher education vendors.
We meet each year for an annual conference to expand our knowledge on tuition, account receivable information and Federal Perkins Loans, and to support one another in our efforts in collecting from and educating our students on their financial obligations.
